Introduction

Veora: AI Video Generator is a mobile application that allows users to generate AI-powered videos using text prompts or image uploads. The App is free to download with optional in-app purchases and subscription plans.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App—including its templates, user interface design, branding, artwork, and underlying technology—are owned by Technonext Software Limited.

Users must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part of the App’s content (including templates, branding, and user interface elements) without prior written permission from Technonext Software Limited.

User-Generated Content

Users may upload images to generate videos. You retain ownership of the content you upload and generate.

We do not store or claim ownership of user-generated content. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our video generation systems.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional subscription plans (weekly, monthly) and coin-based purchases for premium features.

All payments are processed via Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s billing and refund policies.

Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or hack the App
• Commercially exploit the App or its content without permission
• Attempt to generate or upload any content that is vulgar, nude, half-nude, sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, suggestive, provocative, or depicts partially or fully unclothed individuals (including but not limited to exposed belly, thighs, cleavage, buttocks, genitals, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or transparent clothing). Such prompts or content will be automatically blocked by our AI content moderation system.

Content Guidelines

To ensure a safe and respectful experience for all users, the following types of content are strictly prohibited and will be automatically rejected by our AI moderation system:

• Vulgar, offensive, or abusive language.
• Nude, half-nude, sexually explicit, or pornographic content.
• Fetish, suggestive, or provocative content.
• Content depicting partially or fully unclothed individuals, including but not limited to exposed belly, thighs, cleavage, buttocks, genitals, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or transparent clothing.

Any attempt to generate such content may result in prompt rejection and, your coin will be refunded.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party APIs (such as those used for video generation and prompt optimization). By using the App, you also agree to abide by the terms of these third-party providers.

Age Requirement

The App is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Children under 13 should use the App with parental supervision where required by law.

Data and Privacy

We do not collect or store personal information. All data remains on your device, except when temporarily processed through third-party APIs. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

We provide the App “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice for violations of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
